Welcome to Dadbod GO! (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Dadbod GO! mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Dadbod GO! provides curated restaurant recommendations, reviews, and food discovery tools.

You agree to use the App:

Only for lawful purposes
In a way that does not harm others or the platform
Without attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the system

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree:

To provide accurate information
To keep your login secure
That you are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. User Content (Reviews & Photos)

You may submit reviews and photos through the App.

By submitting content, you agree:

You own or have the rights to the content
Your content is accurate and not misleading
Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights

4. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, reject, or moderate content at any time to maintain quality, fairness, and trust in the platform.

We may remove content that is:

False, misleading, or lacking context
Defamatory, offensive, or harmful
Spam, promotional, or abusive
In violation of our standards or applicable law

We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.

5. Reviews & Ratings Disclaimer

Dadbod GO! includes opinions, curated recommendations, and user-generated content. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy of reviews or ratings
The quality of any restaurant, business, or service
The availability of menu items, hours, pricing, or services

You use the information in the App at your own risk.

6. No Pay-to-Play / Featured Content

Dadbod GO! is built on trusted recommendations.

Businesses cannot buy rankings or placements
Featured content is based on our review process and editorial discretion
Some restaurants or businesses may be highlighted or featured at our discretion

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
We do not handle payment information directly
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Apple or Google policies

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may link to restaurant websites, social media platforms, Google Maps, Apple Maps, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, excluding user-generated content, is owned by Dadbod GO! or used with permission.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit App content without permission
Use our name, branding, or materials in a misleading way

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dadbod GO! is not liable for:

Decisions you make based on content in the App
Your experiences with restaurants, businesses, or services
User-generated content, reviews, or uploaded photos
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dadbod GO! harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your submitted content
Your violation of these Terms

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or if we determine it is necessary to protect the App, users, or our business.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
